Professional Exchange & Programming
In 2003, several NORC demonstration grantees commenced informal professional exchanges with JDC-ESHEL, the Association for the Planning and Development of Services for the Aged in Israel. UJC and ESHEL continue to facilitate these exchanges around common interests in innovative community-based programming to assist elderly people to remain in their homes. Supportive Community Programs is ESHEL’s signature aging-in-place program. To learn more about this program, click here.
